Sunny Day AND WALKING

So as you know the car died, well we were actually on they way to buy lilly a fish!!! so we decided to walk to the pet shop, its a little bit of a mission but was a lovely day and then lyla got a lovely walk at the same time. So we set off with lilly in tow and lyla panting from the heat, on the way there is a nice little pub so we decided to stop for a nice cold beer in the sunshine! (guess this is the plus for not having the car). as you can see in the picture my two year old daughter has to have a go at the pint glass! and no she hasnt drank the pint lol. lyla got a cold drink and then we set off to the pet shop from the pub.

when we arrived at the pet shop the plan was to get A goldfish some stones and food as we already has a lovely glass bowl for the fish to live in. What we actually got was 2 goldfish! my wife has to also get a yellow one for Emma! so we ended up with a corally peach one and a yellow one, we are still unsure of the names, lilly keeps saying Percy and wiggle! so it may end up with two names, Emma will name hers at the weekend im sure. so i will keep you posted.

so we now have two new editions to the family.

last night was pretty chilled out, apart from lilly staying up till 10pm at night and then finally settling so most of the "quiet" part of the evening had gone! just when i thought id get to watch a bit of tv after having "rio" on loop repeat for 3 hours, the wife swoops in and wanted to watch "The Apprentice", so today the TV IS MINE!
